Evans Case was honored to be a Silver Sponsor at Denver Bronco Von Miller\u2019s fourth annual Celebrity Steak-Out event held at The Ritz-Carlton in Denver on Monday, November 7, 2016. This event benefited\u00a0Von\u2019s Vision, Miller\u2019s charitable foundation, that provides low-income Denver children with the eye care and corrective eye wear they need to be their best in the classroom and in life. Proceeds from the evening will provide free screenings, eye exams and corrective eye wear to those in need. Specifically, funds raised will go toward programs like Von\u2019s Vision Day, Von\u2019s Back to School Vision Day and a new program launching in 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cMy mission is to give the gift of sight to children who don\u2019t have access to eye care,\u201d said Miller. \u201cFunds raised tonight will change kids\u2019 lives\u2014sometimes the problem in school isn\u2019t an intelligence problem, it\u2019s just vision. Von\u2019s Vision provides opportunities for kids to succeed in the classroom and in life.\u201d The event had nearly 400 guests and raised more than $480.000 for this wonderful cause.<\/span><\/p>\n

The evening featured other Bronco stars, including DeMarcus Ware, Demaryius Thomas, T.J. Ward, Juwan Thompson, Dekoda Watson, Russell Okung, Jordan Norwood, Kayvon Webster, Donald Stephenson, Todd Davis, Bennie Fowler III, Vontarrius Dora, Quentin Gause, Taurean Nixon and Kalif Raymond, joined Miller at his event to mix and mingle with guests to benefit his foundation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aaron Evans, Managing Partner at Evans Case hosted guests for a memorable evening.\u00a0In addition to mingling with their favorite players, event guest enjoyed a cocktail reception, and a three course dinner of world-class cuisine, accompanied by fine wine.\u00a0Mike Evans and Mark Schlereth of Sports Radio 104.4 The Fan served as the evening\u2019s emcees, while Brian Baumhor of Pacific Coast Auctioneer served as the evening\u2019s auctioneer during exciting live auctions.<\/span><\/p>\n
