Dan Ernst, Ph.D., J.D., has been practicing law for nearly a decade and is licensed in both Colorado and California. He has extensive experience as a Civil Litigation specialist and as general counsel and has a history of success in jury trials, mediations, defamation defense and prosecution, tenure disputes, student disciplinary hearings, and was recently part of a trial team that won a $58 million verdict for 10 client families.
Dan earned his Ph.D. in philosophy from Yale University, his J.D. from New York University, and did his undergraduate degree in Physics at U.C. Berkeley. Before law school, he served as a Professor of Philosophy and International Relations at Ewha Woman's University in Seoul, Korea. He also served as a teaching fellow, teaching assistant, and research assistant at Harvard University. He grew up in Israel and lives in Denver with his wife Annie and their dog "Floofer". They adore hiking and exploring our beautiful state and national parks.
